ARE YOU CONSTRUCTING A NEW PROJECT OR FACILITY AND WANT POTENTIAL OCCUPANTS TO UNDERSTAND THAT THEY WILL OCCUPY AN ENVIRONMENTALLY CUTTING EDGE FACILITY?

DO YOU WANT A FACILITY THAT CONVEYS IT MEETS STATE-OF-THE-ART CRITERIA FOR GREEN, RESILIENT AND ENVIRONMENTALLY ADVANCED COMPONENTS?

DO YOU WANT YOUR PROJECT POSITIVELY PERCEIVED BY ITS COMMUNITY FOR BEING RESPONSIBLE TO ITS ENVIRONMENT AND SURROUNDINGS?

CAN YOU LEVERAGE YOUR EXISTING DESIGN TEAM TO ACHIEVE CERTIFICATION IN LIEU OF A HIGH COST TEAM OF OUTSIDE CONSULTANTS OR ADDED INTERNAL EXPENSES?

DO YOU WANT YOUR PROJECT TO BE RECOGNIZED AS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY BUT ALSO CERTIFIED IN THE MOST EFFICIENT AND COST EFFECTIVE MANNER POSSIBLE?

THEN, IT'S TIME FOR YOU TO CONSIDER:

THE NEWEST & MOST USER-FRIENDLY CERTIFICATION FOR YOUR FACILITY AND/OR PROJECT

The G.R.EA.T. Facility Certification Service

G.R.EA.T. = Green, Resilient, Environmentally Advanced Transvaluated*

WHAT IS A G.R.EA.T. FACILITY CERTIFICATION:

Subsequent to submittal of the project and payment of a one-time fee (“application”) and review by a professionally registered engineer or architect (a “reviewer” that is already associated with the project), the applicant will be allowed to download a certificate and an emblem that indicates the facility/building for which the application was submitted has met all the requirements of the program.  These items may be used/displayed by the applicant in any manner but are ONLY valid for the facility/building for which the application was submitted.  Each individual facility/building (based on a valid, government issued postal address) must be submitted via a separate/individual application for certification and separate payment/review. (Note: Any violation of this policy nullifies the application and/or certification of the facility/building.)

*Transvaluation (transvaluated)

"To evaluate by a new standard or principle, especially by one that varies from conventional standards."
